Care Instructions

- Wash the board with a mild detergent, towel dry, and let it air dry out of direct sunlight.
- Staining is normal. Wet the board prior to use. If stains appear, buff the area with a cut lemon.
- Knife marks are normal and indicate that your blades are staying sharp.
- Flip the board periodically and use both sides for even wear.
- Mineral oil can be applied to further protect your board.
